How Spritix uses necessary, measurement, and marketing cookies and honors your regional choices
2026/08/09
This Cookie Policy explains how Spritix (spritix.ai) uses cookies and similar browser storage when you visit the website or use Spritix Studio. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Necessary storage is always on because it keeps Spritix secure and usable. It may include:
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or Studio features from working.
When enabled, product measurement helps us understand which parts of Spritix are used and whether they work reliably. This category controls Google analytics_storage and optional analytics providers such as Plausible, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, OpenPanel, DataFast, Seline, Umami, Ahrefs, Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights when those services are configured.
When enabled, this category lets Google Ads and configured affiliate or marketing providers measure campaigns and use advertising data. It controls Google ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.
The Google tag may remain loaded when optional consent is denied so Google Consent Mode can send limited, cookieless signals for aggregate measurement and modeling. In that state, Spritix sends all four optional Google consent signals as denied and enables advertising-data redaction. Server-side Google Data Manager and Enhanced Conversions are sent only when the current policy revision has a matching audited marketing grant and a valid signed server snapshot. See Google's Business Data Responsibility site for information about how Google handles business data.
Country is derived only from trusted Cloudflare or Vercel request headers. We do not rely on a country code submitted by browser code.
Spritix uses the open-source CookieConsent v3 interface to store your browser preference. The preference lasts up to 182 days and is currently tied to policy revision 1. If our cookie practices materially change, we increment the revision and ask you to choose again.
For accountability, our server adds an anonymous consent event when you first choose, change a choice, or respond to a revised policy. It records an anonymous consent ID, policy revision, category states, derived Google states, regional mode, country code if available, the choice source, and client/server timestamps. This audit record does not contain your user ID, IP address, user agent, email address, or device fingerprint. Normal page refreshes restore the signed snapshot without creating duplicate audit events.
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page or in the marketing-site footer to accept, reject, or change optional categories. If you withdraw product measurement, Spritix updates Google consent, updates the server snapshot, removes known analytics cookies, and refreshes the page so already-running optional tools stop.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Browser controls do not remove information lawfully processed before you changed a choice. If you block necessary cookies, parts of Spritix may not work.
We may update this policy when our product or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest version. For questions, email [email protected].
