The terms for using Spritix Studio, credits, subscriptions, and generated exports
2026/08/07
These Terms of Service govern your use of Spritix (spritix.ai), including Spritix Studio, credits, subscriptions, and generated exports. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Spritix.
Spritix helps you prepare a 2D character reference, generate separate game actions, review the result, and export files. Generation systems can fail or produce variable results; do not rely on Spritix for safety-critical use or as a guarantee of a particular output.
You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the service only where you have the rights and permissions to do so. You may not upload or request content that violates law or third-party rights, attempts to abuse or interfere with the service, circumvents limits or billing, distributes malware, or uses Spritix to create harmful or deceptive material.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
Credits are consumed before a paid Studio job is submitted. Character preparation costs 1 credit. The currently available action qualities cost 5 credits for Low and 20 credits for Mid; the applicable cost is shown before you submit.
If a paid generation ultimately fails because of an AI provider, Spritix automatically restores the credits consumed by that generation. If you actively cancel a generation, that cancellation does not create a cash refund. Credit availability and expiry are shown with the relevant plan or package at purchase.
Stripe processes card and supported-wallet payments. You authorize the applicable charge when you complete checkout. Keep your Stripe receipt or payment reference for support.
You may cancel a subscription before its renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge; your subscription continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not refund unused subscription time.
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Within 14 days of a purchase, you may email [email protected] to request manual review. If approved, a refund is limited to the proportion of unused paid credits from that purchase; used credits and unused subscription time are not refundable.
Where permitted by law, the approved amount may be reduced by the actual Stripe processing fees from the original transaction that Stripe does not return to us. The Refund Policy controls the calculation, exclusions, and request procedure. Nothing here limits a non-waivable right you may have under applicable law.
You are responsible for the images, prompts, and other material you submit, including obtaining any required permissions. As between you and Spritix, you retain rights in your submitted content, and we do not claim ownership of the generated files you export. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, generate, and deliver the service to you.
Outputs may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.
Spritix, its software, and its branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where these Terms say otherwise, we retain all rights in the service.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, Spritix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss resulting from unavailable service, generated output, or third-party providers.
We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
