How Spritix handles account, Studio, payment, support, and security information
2026/08/09
This Privacy Policy explains how Spritix (spritix.ai) collects and uses information when you browse the website, create an account, use Spritix Studio, make a purchase, or contact us. For cookie choices, see our Cookie Policy.
Depending on how you use Spritix, we may process:
We use this information to provide accounts and Studio jobs, deliver exports, process purchases and credit balances, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We use service providers that process information for the purposes above. Depending on the features you use, these may include authentication providers, cloud database and object-storage providers, Stripe for payments, email delivery providers, and AI generation providers that process a submitted Studio job. We may also use consent-based analytics or advertising measurement providers when enabled.
Providers act under their own terms and privacy notices. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably needed for the service or required by law. Google Tag may receive limited cookieless Consent Mode signals while optional consent is denied; Google Data Manager and Enhanced Conversions require an audited marketing grant and valid signed server snapshot. See Google's Business Data Responsibility site for more about Google's handling of business data.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update account information through the product where available and reopen Cookie settings from any page to accept, reject, or withdraw optional categories. To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help, email [email protected] from the account email. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where law, security, audit, or transaction-record obligations require it.
We may update this policy as Spritix changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
